Good questions
Does joining the list cost anything?
No. It's free, there's no card, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
What do I get for joining?
You hear first and you can buy first: on Tue 1 Dec, two days before everyone else.
Who gets the free bandana?
The first 100 dogs to subscribe. It comes with your first order. The list gets a two-day head start, so joining is the best way to be one of them.
Do I have to subscribe?
Only for the bandana. One-off orders are welcome too, and you can skip, pause or cancel a subscription any time.
Why do you ask about my dog?
So your launch email shows the scoops that suit them and how long each pouch would last. That's all we use it for, and we never share it.
